About Group Classes

Group Fitness Classes are a great way to reach your fitness goals and have fun!  Members with group fitness are invited to any and all classes!  If you are not a member or are a member, but do not have a group fitness membership, no worries!  Passes are available for purchase at the RFC front desk.

Our classes are set up to give you more variety.  If you attend more than one class in the day, each class will compliment each other by giving more focus on a different part of your body.  This provides a balance in your workout.  There is a class to fit everyone's needs!

What can I expect during a class?

Each class is set up differently.  Some classes require equipment, others don't.  Our certified instructors LOVE seeing new faces in their classes, so if you need assistance, feel free to ask!  They would be more than happy to help you out!  All of the equipment will be provided for you, but you are welcome to bring your own.

During the class, the instructor will work through the workout with the entire group, watching for form and making sure everyone is working at a good pace.

Grab a friend or family member to try out the classes with you!  The hardest part is coming to your first class.  Each class has a friendly environment that encourages you to push things further.  Once you try a class, we're confident it won't be your last.
