2019 Summer Youth Camps

Grades: Pre-K - 2nd grade

Dates: June 4th-July 25th

(No session on July 4th- RFC Closed)

Come join Brandon Nelson for a fun fitness camp for kids Pre-K to 2nd grade!

Tiny Tigers will experience 45 minutes of fitness fun with with relay races, games, and fun fitness activities to help them learn about staying active, how fitness can be fun, and developing motor skills, balance, and coordination! This is a great way to get keep your kiddos active and moving in the Summer, get them out of the house to be creative, interact with other kids, and get some exercise! 

Grades: 3rd-6th

Tigers in


Join RFC Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Brandon Nelson, for Tigers in Training intro to speed, agility, and conditioning camp!

Come learn the fundamentals of running form, the basics of changing direction, safety and technique of strength & conditioning, all while learning in a fun environment and practicing team building! This will be a fun into level speed, agility and conditioning camp for Tigers to learn, practice, and keep moving through the Summer! It's a great way for kids to get out with friends, exercise, learn, improve skills, challenge one another, grow, and have fun together! 

Grades: 7th-12th

Dates: June 3rd-July 25th

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 


Cost: 23 sessions

Come join RFC's Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Brandon Nelson for a Summer speed, agility and conditioning camp! 

Come learn proper running form, proper form going in and out of breaks and changing direction, learn what muscles are used at different stages of sprinting and long distance running. Build conditioning for the upcoming season! 

Brandon will be using a variety of areas including Big Cat, RFC fitness room and gym, and the outdoors for strength, conditioning, speed, and agility!
