2020 is Your Year to THRIVE!

Join the creators of Driven — Ingrid, Kelly, & Shadow — for Thrive by RFC - a six week accountability group digging into what is holding us back from being our best selves, and pursuing a path of habits and purpose that bring new life to our health and well being.  Lead by 2 certified Group Fitness and Personal Training instructors and a Registered Nurse, experience and encouragement are not short with this program.

Each week we will dig into a new topic focusing on:

  • Diet and Nutrition

  • Physical Health & Exercise

  • Emotional Health & Well Being


What can you expect from THRIVE:
-FREE 6 week membership to the RFC WITH unlimited group fitness
-Resources to help create a healthy lifestyle
-Nutrition information
-Healthy Recipes
-A trip to the local grocery store for shopping tips
-Planning ahead & setting yourself up for success
-Creating a positive and healthy mindset
-Trying a variety of workouts to find what you like and to see the benefits of different exercise routines
-Overcoming barriers and what is holding you back from living your best life
-Positive encouragement and motivation
-Weekly weigh in/BMI testing (optional)

Thrive 2020:

Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm in classroom 250 in the PE center (connected to the RFC) and in the RFC gym or fitness room for our workouts.

Dates: January 27th, February 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & March 2nd

RFC member $120
Non-member $150

If you're a UMM employee, faculty, or staff you can earn 75 wellness points by joining this program!!
