Looking to Learn something new to add to your workout? Check out our FREE workshops. Workshops meet one day for 30-40 minutes.  Please meet at the front desk for all workshops.

 

Recipe Share March is National Nutrition Month.  Bring your favorite healthy recipe and exchange recipes with others.  Learn basic nutrition tips.

Strong Legs Looking to tone and strengthen your legs?  This workshop will focus on a variety of excises and proper form.
