Angie graduated from NDSU with a degree in Exercise Science and is an ACSM certified Exercise Specialist. She has 10 years experience working with cardiac patients. Angie is also the UPlan Health Coach for UMM faculty and staff. She enjoys participating in 5K’s, 10K’s and has completed 2 Half- Marathons.
Jessica went to Winona State where she ran track and in 2009 she graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She then attended Ball State and graduated in 2011 with a M.A. in Sports Performance. She has 4 years of collegiate coaching experience and 6 years of personal training experience.
Leila has been the Business Manager at the RFC since 2002. After struggling with weight and wanting to become fit, she joined the Biggest Loser program at the RFC. She has seen the fitness industry in a brand new light and knew that she wanted to be a part in changing people’s lives like the RFC Personal Trainers did for her. Leila completed the NETA Personal Training course and was certified in February 2013. Leila’s passion is working with people and showing them the right way to a healthy lifestyle.
The Regional Fitness Center in Morris, Minnesota is a University of Minnesota, Morris Campus and Community Partnership. The center was formed in 1999 as a non-profit joint powers fitness center serving UMM, the City of Morris, Stevens County, and the Morris Area Schools. Our mission is to offer individuals and families, quality and affordable fitness and wellness opportunities.
