We are pleased to announce a no-cost workplace wellness collaborative in Douglas, Pope, Stevens, Traverse and Grant counties to help employers develop or improve upon an existing employee/workplace wellness initiative. Beginning spring 2014 through fall 2015, employers will learn how to better engage employees in their own health through a ‘culture of health’ that supports healthy behaviors. This project is funded by the Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) in partnership with local Public Health, Midwest Wellness Initiatives in Glenwood and the Regional Fitness Center in Morris.
