Join us for senior swim – pool time just for YOU! Monday through Friday mornings 7:30-9:00am. Adults only. So come for the quiet peacefulness of open swim and meet and visit with new friends! *Note: This time is not instructor led and the pool is shared with the Sunrise Splash class.
Aqua Bootcamp – An up-beat class for swimmers and non-swimmers with a little bit of everything. Cardio, muscle endurance, core, flexibility, and functional movement patterns in a circuit format. Great for those who love the water, are wanting to add variety to their workout routine, or looking for a low-impact, high-intensity option. Only in the water can you get low-impact plyometrics!

HIIT! the water—High Intensity Interval Training in the water gives you the kick of a high intensity workout in this low impact interval class in the pool. Try the class in our recreation pool (HIIT! Shallow) or take up the intensity in the competition dive well (HIIT! Deep).
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:15-6:00pm
Sunrise Splash—(Located in the Recreation Pool) Aqua class designed for the deconditioned and aging population. Join us in our warm water pool for a low-impact work out that is gentle on your joints to improve agility and flexibility. You will use a variety of aqua fitness tools to increase overall strength, balance and coordination. No swimming ability required!
